Your church, in good order.

Bergerio keeps your members, Sunday attendance, giving and reports in one place, and connects you to the denomination above you. It keeps working on a phone with no signal, in English and French.

On iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows and in the browser.

Most churches keep their records in five different places.

Heads counted by hand, the total typed in on Monday

Tap names on a phone. The total adds itself, even with no signal.

Tithes in an envelope, figures in the treasurer’s notebook

Recorded once, receipted by SMS, checked at month end.

Reports chased by phone before every meeting

Filled in from the real numbers and sent up to the region.

Who may see what depends on who holds the notebook

Roles decide what each person can open.

Everything your church keeps track of.

These are the real screens, with an invented church. Pick one to look at.

Members

Members list with a person’s file open. Attendance: counts and the roll. Giving and treasury. Certificates with a marriage certificate. A pre-filled periodic report. Messages to members. Roles and access. Backups.

When the signal drops, the count stays.

Bergerio keeps working with no connection. Whatever you record is saved on the phone and sent as soon as the network returns, one time only.

  • Take attendance, add members and record gifts with no signal
  • Two phones counting the same service never double-count
  • A small “synced” badge shows where things stand

Try it here: switch the signal off, tap a few counts, then switch it back on.

From one assembly to a whole denomination.

Regions, districts and the national office see only what they need. Reports go up, circulars are tracked, and meetings and elections happen in the same place.

Your records, looked after properly.

Roles, not guesswork

Each screen and figure is shown only to the people allowed to see it. The choir leader sees the choir, not the treasury.

A trail on everything

Every change is logged with who and when, and the log can’t be edited.

Encrypted backups

Scheduled, encrypted with your own passphrase and a recovery code, and checked by restoring them.

Yours to take away

Export your people and your books to spreadsheets whenever you want. You’re never locked in.

Hosted, or on your own server

We can host it for you, or a denomination can run it on its own servers.

English and French

The whole app works in both languages, with local currencies and phone numbers.

Try it with your church.

Where will you use it?

We use these details only to send your invitation. Privacy

You’re on the list.

We’ll write to you with your invitation and the build for your device.

Questions we get asked.

Yes. Taking attendance, adding members and recording gifts all work offline. Everything is saved on the device and sent when the connection comes back, once and in order.

Only people you give a role to. Roles decide every screen and every figure. A denomination sees totals from its churches, never the names behind them. Every change is recorded in an audit trail.

Yes, whenever you want. Export members and books to spreadsheets, or take an encrypted backup of everything.

That is what it is built for. Churches, regions and the national office each have their own view, and reports, circulars, meetings and elections move up and down the tree.

Churches in the beta use it while we learn alongside them. We’ll announce pricing before the beta ends, and nothing changes without notice.
